Encounter Church is built on the gifts and talents of many. Each week, an army of volunteers
(we call the Dream Team), serve in different areas and in different capacities -- all using their unique giftings.
We serve from an overflow of love for God and His people and with a passion to see people’s lives changed,
whether it's from a smile, a hug, a song, a Bible story, running the sound, or a much needed helping hand.
(And just so you know, worship is a priority at Encounter. We strive to schedule volunteers
only 1-2 times per month whenever possible.)
Check out the list of Dream Teams below. If you find your perfect spot, click here to get started.

4 There are different kinds of spiritual gifts, but the same Spirit is the source of them all.
5 There are different kinds of service, but we serve the same Lord. 6 God works in
different ways, but it is the same God who does the work in all of us.
