Growth Track is the NEXT STEP in your ministry journey here at Encounter Church. 


This 4-week class series will equip you to:  1) Connect with Encounter by learning who we are; 2) Explore how our past, present and future align with your life vision; 3) Discover your purposeful design and strengths (thru a personality profile and spiritual gifts assessment; and 4) Impact others by serving on a DREAM TEAM. We call them Dream Teams as we believe you live your dream while SERVING others!
